Toolkits for developing flourishing churches

Event Description

This is the follow up session to the Vision Planing session on 22nd February primarily for First Incumbents.  However this session also stands well alone and is open to all clergy and those who have senior responsibility for vision planning in parishes (such as a Churchwarden or nominated PCC member).

The session will provide an overview of tools to help your parish or parishes discern, understand and implement your vision, looking at various tools such as Mission Action Planning, CCX Grow, the 4 ‘Cs’ of Heartedge, and the Healthy Churches Handbook. As a result of this day, you will be better equipped to work with your PCC(s) and your Benefice Ministry Team to create and implement its vision.
