Whether you`re thinking of starting an additional service in your church building, a midweek congregation, or plant a new congregation in another part of your parish, this broad introduction will consider some motivations for a new congregation, how to engage key stakeholders, how to assess resourcing needs and some of the challenges to be aware of in the middle of your exciting plans.
