Operations Manager – St Wins Church Totton & St Anne’s Calmore

St Wins Church Totton & St Anne’s Calmore are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their senior leadership team. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) fixed term role is vital in helping them live out their vision of seeing lives transformed, freedom found, and hope restored in the name of Jesus.

As Operations Manager, you’ll provide strong leadership across systems, events, finances, resources, and teams—creating the structure and support that enables the churches’ ministries and pastoral work to flourish. Alongside this, you’ll bring expertise in finance, HR, and governance, while fostering a culture that reflects the churches’ values.
