Continuing Ministerial Development
Clergy and Lay Ministers continue to deepen their faith and learning throughout their ministry. Our Continuing Ministerial Development programme aims to provide a range of helpful training and development opportunities to support this individual responsibly. It is important for clergy and lay ministers to feel affirmed and supported in ministry and our CMD programme is part of a range of support offered which also includes training grants, MDR’s and residentials at times of Transition in Ministry.
The diocese organise a regular CMD training series and one-off events to help develop people in ministry. See here for a full list of upcoming courses.
