Mental Health First Aid

For clergy only. This two day training course (9am-4pm each day) will enable you to:
- Recognise the symptoms of mental ill health
- Provide initial help, on a first-aid basis
- Guide others towards appropriate professional support
- Be mindful of your own mental health and well-being
