Preaching Through Lent

All are welcome to join us for a preaching workshop in preparation for Lent. Suitable for all those who will be preaching during the Lenten period, including LLMs and BBPs.
How best to approach preaching from Ash Wednesday to Easter Day, via the five Sundays of Lent, Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday? It may be that you`re preaching at only one of these services, or you may be preaching at them all! In this workshop, we will explore some of the key aspects to be borne in mind, especially spiritual preparation and exegesis, as well as imaginative ways we can craft our sermons so that they have an engaging coherence which communicates the gospel well.
Led by Will Howard, LMT tutor, who is also an LLM based at Christchurch Priory.
