Church Growth for Smaller Congregations

Event Description

Smaller congregations have many gifts and opportunities for deep growth spiritually and numerically. This session will look at how we make the most of the opportunities smaller congregations have, the difference between growing a church and gathering a crowd, how to avoid some common pitfalls, and some ways to help nurture a culture in a smaller congregation which prays for, expects and sees newcomers integrated into the community and people come to faith in Christ for the first time.

This session would work particularly well for incumbents and church leadership teams to attend together.
