Working Well Together as a PCC

Event Description

We would like to invite all Parish Teams (clergy and their parish officers) to join our Archdeacon and Diocesan Team, along with Gavin Foster and Sarah Hart from the Registry, to St Paul’s in Bursledon for an in depth look at PCCs and working together as a team! What is the purpose of the PCC? Who should be on it? What makes a productive PCC meeting? Good Governance and Trusteeship, plus more.

The day will also  include interactive workshops run by the School of Mission. These workshops will offer the opportunity to engage with others, to discuss common situations and find solutions to problems.

This will be a fantastic day out for the whole team with the opportunity to make some great connections and with lunch included.  We hope to see you there!
