Facilities Coordinator – Christ Church Chineham

Are you the right person to help coordinate the maintenance of Chineham’s busiest community centre and church building? Christ Church runs both, and they’re looking for someone who’s organised and familiar coordinating with maintenance contractors, as well as happy to take on some more complex refurbishment projects. They have a small and friendly staff team, and with hundreds of building users each week, it’s never dull!

The role is for 10 hours/week, with some flexible working, and the salary will be in the range £23-26k/year pro rata (£5,750-6,500) depending on experience, plus pension contributions.
