Project and Communications Assistant – Highfield Church

Highfield Church is a thriving evangelical and charismatic Anglican Church, and you can be the person who can help them fulfil God’s vision for their community, by supporting essential projects and church communications. As a significant part of the communications team, you will create content for the church’s social media channels and website and write copy for event publicity and church updates. Your support with projects will be timely and valuable.

You’ll need to demonstrate the following:

  • Creativity in design
  • Good written communication
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Being comfortable both in a team and working on your own
  • Able to prioritise, be organised and efficient 

Highfield Church is offering a salary of £10,608 per annum (£12/hr), as well as a 9% contributory pension scheme, great holiday allowance and relevant training and development opportunities. This role is offered on a permanent basis and is 17 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Highfield Church are open to some hours being worked from home, but the clear majority of the role will be based on site.  They are also open to applications from those who would be interested in working part-time, possibly as part of a job share.  Please ensure you indicate your preference/availability within the additional information section of the application form.
