The Property Working Group has agreed to a new policy for gutters and downpipes on all clergy housing.
The diocese will now be responsible for covering the full cost of clearing and cleaning all gutters and downpipes on the property (excluding outbuildings unless otherwise agreed) once a year. This will be arranged on a rolling schedule or timed to coincide with other related works (for example, after removing moss from the roof). Savills will be in touch with clergy occupants to make arrangements on an annual basis.
