Leadership Training for Area Deans and Assistant Area Deans

Event Description

This workshop for Area Deans and Assistant Area Deans helps experienced leaders refine their leadership abilities and enhance their personal development so as to increase their leadership influence.
You`ll learn to:
• Overcome leadership plateaus and build resilient plans.
• Deepen self-awareness for personal growth.
• Lead effectively under pressure while maintaining personal well-being.
• Strengthen team leadership through delegation, difficult conversations, and conflict resolution.
• Mentor less experienced leaders and pass on expertise.

This training is offered in partnership with the Clergy Support Trust and places are limited.
