Love Work – Valuing Ministry in the Workplace

Event Description

Many Christians spend more time at work than at church, yet the workplace as the ministry place is rarely acknowledged in church.

Join us as we explore how we can bring faith into the work environment. How might this transform our understanding of work? And how might churches acknowledge and support those in work?

The aim of the session is to:
• Encourage Christians to recognize and embrace the strengths, abilities, and opportunities given by God.
• Connect Christians in the marketplace to a broader network of support.
• Support church leaders in equipping their congregations to value the workplace as an integral part of their ministry.

This session is therefore open to both clergy and lay people. Together we can re-evaluate what it is to be a Christian in the workplace today.
