The nomination period for committee elections has now closed, we are currently running elections.
There will also be the opportunity for members of diocesan synod to volunteer to serve as synod representatives the following bodies (with final membership being approved by Bishops’ Council). There will be a survey to members later in the year to express interest but please contact Cathy Laird in the meantime if you would like to have an informal discussion about serving on any of the committees below.

- DAC (Diocesan Advisory Committee)
The timeline for the election to Synodical Committees is as follows:

| Thursday 14th November | Hustings and elections to take place for Chairs of the House of Clergy and House of Laity will be held at the start of the meeting. Vote will be by private ballot. Results will be counted and announced before the end of the meeting. Hustings for Bishop’s Council & Standing Committee will take place, but the vote will close in line with all committee elections as follows: |
