If you wish to offer for Licensed Lay Ministry (LLM), whether directly after conversations with your vicar or after working with your LVA, contact the Vocations Administrator.
You will be invited to complete a discernment form which tells us about you and your experience, and your sense of call to this ministry. In addition, working with your incumbent, you will write a ministry rationale detailing how you see your future licensed ministry playing out in the parish. You will then be invited to a Discernment Panel, which will include interviews with the Director of Ministry and the Dean of Licensed Ministry Training and a short presentation from you.
If you are selected for training, you will complete a 2 year course with Winchester Licensed Ministry Training.
