A customisable and editable poster in a Word document format. This poster allows you to break down costs and explain how donations can make a difference. You can add your own images by placing your images above our template example.
Budget Donations Calculator
This straightforward Excel spreadsheet provides a way of quickly calculating the monthly and quarterly costs of items of expenditure, and the weekly surplus or shortfall of income before and after donations. Monthly and weekly costs can be used to demonstrate the impact of financial giving for donors who prefer to envisage their donations in practical terms. The spreadsheet has a separate column for new donations to demonstrate the impact of donations pledged, perhaps during a ‘stewardship campaign’. The spreadsheet is set up to print on one page.
